When you join the waiting list, we collect:

• your first and last name
• your email address
• whether you are a practitioner or a company or organisation
• your professional role (if you are a practitioner)
• your organisation name (if you are a company)
• for company contacts: your job title, organisation type, the product or pathway you're interested in, approximate practitioner numbers, and any message you submit
• the topics you tell us interest you
• a record of your consent, including when it was given

We also process basic technical data, such as your IP address in server logs, to keep the website secure and working properly.

We use your information to manage the waiting list and to send you updates about The OG Method™ products, guides and services, including news as each resource is released.

• Consent — for sending you marketing updates. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests — for keeping the website secure and preventing spam and misuse.

We keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever is sooner.

We use trusted service providers (processors) who handle data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

• website hosting (Lovable)
• database hosting (Supabase)
• email delivery and marketing platforms — Google Workspace, Mailchimp and Zoho — as we choose to use from time to time

Some of these processors may store data outside the UK. Where this happens, your data is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or UK adequacy regulations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• ask us to erase your data
• ask us to restrict how we use your data
• object to our use of your data
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time, for example by using the unsubscribe link in any email

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage needed for it to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent with a banner before any such cookies are set.
